The readings are incredibly accurate! During the reading I will guide you in a meditation and we go deep into each chakra and, using a pendulum, find out where any imbalances lie. We will then discuss the findings and connect what we have found to what is going on in your life. From there we can work out some detailed work - anything from mindfulness techniques to yoga poses and written exercises. Everyone is so unique that the solutions are always utterly individual.
I always follow up our reading with a detailed document with everything that we found, plus suggestions for solutions and ways to approach any imbalances that we found. Clients often find this the most valuable part since they can go back to the document and use it as a guide going forward or as a reminder of what they need to work on.
Not only is the Chakra Reading a wonderful, relaxing and restorative experience in itself, but it can be a transformational process in terms of revealing to yourself the direction you want to take your life, the work that you want, and need, to do, and in finding practical ways to move forward, shift energy and heal traumas and blockages.

A Short History of my Chakra Readings
Several years ago I was given my first chakra reading. At this time I had already been studying the chakras for some time but had never heard of a chakra reading. My reading was done online and was astoundingly accurate, and I was fascinated.
I wondered if this was something that I could do and instinctively knew I that I could. So I started asking my existing students if they would be my guinea pigs. I had no shortage of volunteers and before long I realised that this was a valuable and powerful tool.
Having done a number of readings I began to feel that the reading needed to be more detailed that simply finding out if a chakra was open, imbalanced, blocked or closed. I wanted to understand exactly where the imbalances lay. So I devised the chart that I still use, and constantly expand on, where I read the fine details within each chakra. This gives a fully accurate and much more useful reading than just knowing the overall health of each of the chakras.
I also began to see that by taking my clients into a deep meditation that we could sense into different factors such as their Inner Goddess, the "fire in the belly" and so much more.
This is where you find me today, although the process is ever evolving and expanding. I use it to start all the deep chakra work that I do and am constantly astounded by its accuracy. It holds a mirror up to the client which may not always be comfortable but when starting to shift energy it is imperative to understand where it is out of balance.
The crystal that I use for my readings is my precious Chrysocolla - pictured - which may not be or look conventional but it is a special stone. It was a gift from a client and all I can say that it is the most friendly and compassionate crystal that I have ever met! If you are into crystals then you know what I mean, and if you're not then you will have to take my word for it!
