This is a 40 minute grounding yoga class that will give you a lovely gentle warm up and then introduce you The Tibetan Flow. This simple sequence is a firm favourite with all my students!
Get an idea of my teaching style from this 20 minute meditation where you will learn an affirmation for each chakra. Discover where any resistances lie and begin to understand your unique energy.
I created a Workshop all about the importance of breath work and why it is such a vital part of our practice. In this workshop you will understand the how pranayama works and the myriad benefits. You will then get to practice a few of the basic techniques to get a feel of the wonderful impact that breath work has on your mind, body and spirit!
