What is The CHAKRA Method?

Often, what keeps us stuck isn't a lack of answers. It's that our own inner knowing has become difficult to hear beneath years of patterns, beliefs, expectations and ways of being that we have gathered along the way.

The CHAKRA Method is a way of uncovering what is really going on beneath the surface.

Using the chakras as our guide, we begin by looking at the energy, emotions and patterns shaping your experience now. From there, we work through a process of awareness, compassion and change, helping you understand not only what you do, but why you do it, what you may be ready to leave behind, and what feels genuinely true for you now.

The outcome isn't a new version of you. It's a clearer relationship with the person who was there all along.

To trust yourself more.
To recognise your patterns without being ruled by them.
To make choices from awareness rather than conditioning.
To feel more aligned with what you actually want and how you want to live your life.
And ultimately, to come home to yourself.

What does the CHAKRA Method look like?

Session 1: 2.5-hour personal Combined Chakra Reading
Sessions 2-7: six 60-minute sessions moving through the Method
Personalised written integration email after each Method session
Whatsapp contact and support throughout the time we work together
Chakra Reading summary
Exercises/practices/resources tailored to your life and needs
Delivered over 10-12 weeks (rather than weekly for seven consecutive weeks, because we can’t rush the integration of this work!)

This gives us a clear understanding of your current energetic blueprint and highlights where misalignment is occurring.
From there, we move into 6 further meetings to work through the Method
